You’ve got to give the award to Scott Wood. The junior sharp-shooter was on point today and really what was put the Pack over the top. Lorenzo played well with 12 points, 8 assists and 5 steals and Calvin Leslie really turned the momentum with some of his highlight reel plays, but it was Wood who was consistently great throughout. He knocked down 3s and stopped the bleeding every time the Pack needed him. His 22 points were the key. NC State knows they need Wood to keep shooting like this if they’re going to keep moving on and after his 4 game funk, he knows he needs to be ready to contribute.
